TC Coastal GasLink

We wanted to give some attention to the TC Coastal GasLink pipeline as it nears completion. This is a great project for western Canada, and once in operation will allow Canadian natural gas to be safely transported across northern BC to be readied for export to global markets. 

The 670 km (416 mile) pipeline will deliver natural gas across northern B.C. from the Dawson Creek area to Kitimat. There, LNG Canada will convert the gas to a liquified state (LNG) so that it’s ready to be exported. 

There are strict environmental standards attached to this project, and Rice is excited to be working with a number of environmental consulting firms to provide supplies to meet those monitoring requirements. When construction is complete, Coastal GasLink will help meet the growing demand for clean energy around the world.
