CETCO Grout is a grout consisting of 20% solids, polymer-free, single-component. This easy-to-use sodium bentonite grout available in powder form. It allows placement in a low viscosity state and mixes into a smooth bentonite grout that has no lumps and pumps easily. CETCO Grout is designed for grouting water wells and monitoring wells, decommissioning abandoned wells and boreholes and sealing closed-loop geothermal heat pump systems. It forms a low-permeability, flexible seal. It can be used to seal or grout plastic and steel casings, downhole instrumentation in test and observation holes or plug abandoned boreholes and earthen cavities.
