Below the surface are geological formations that contain valuable sources of groundwater, known as aquifers. Canada is blessed with an abundant reserve of freshwater aquifers. Resource exploration and construction projects run the risk of altering or contaminating an aquifer. Because aquifers can be large and complex, any changes can impact groundwater far beyond the worksite – potentially impacting humans and surrounding ecosystems.

We provide equipment necessary to drill your environmental well, equipment to complete your sampling, and the instrumentation to measure water levels and water quality on-site or remotely. Aquifer characterization will reveal the size and reach of the aquifer, and provide detail around flow rates and flow direction.
